The sessions
We provide individual, couples and group coaching sessions online (via Zoom) and in-person. Start with scheduling a free consultation to explore best ways to work together.
Our sessions are 100% confidential and protected by a countersigned confidentiality agreement.
Pricing
- My sessions have a flat rate of $100
- Life coaching sessions are not covered by health insurance.
Other details
- Coaching sessions last between 45-50 minutes.
- We will schedule meetings on a weekly basis or as agreed upon for more frequent sessions.
- Payments should be made prior to the sessions via PayPal, Venmo, or another agreed upon online payment platform.
- Payments for no-show sessions will not be refunded.
